Pitbull warrants to the original purchaser all products manufactured by Pitbull to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Pitbull will repair and/or replace defective product free of charge within the limits of this policy.

Distributor/Dealer must notify Pitbull immediately of the defect by phone, fax or email. Recommended repairs and cost are to be discussed with and agreed on by an authorized Pitbull representative. Repair and labour (at an agreed rate) will be performed by a dealer of Pitbull or a repair shop designated by Pitbull.

All claims must be accompanied by a photograph of the defective product.

All defective products must be returned to Pitbull in Elmira, Ontario, unless directed otherwise by a representative of Pitbull.

Pitbull Warranty will not apply to:

• Product that, in the judgement of Pitbull, has been misused by the user
• Product not sold or manufactured by Pitbull
• Alterations or repairs not authorized by a representative of Pitbull
• Damages to equipment or down time, resulting from a defective Pitbull product
